Nice, comfortable and well-equipped studio at the ground floor of a villa in Santa Marinella, 60 Km from Rome. Just besides it, a wide garden with trees and a gazebo for sitting and relaxing. Internal parking just in front of the studio. Quiet and residential neighbourood close to the sea. The nearest beach is 350 metres far. The Santa Marinella station is 700 metres far from the studio, and the fastest trains bring you very close to the Vatican in 35 minutes, and to the centre of Rome in 45 minutes.
